If you have any arbitrary amount of money available to spend on public transport you're generally going to create a more useful product by using it to expand service than in cutting fares. People can generally afford a bus ticket.

Depends. With the right equipment an unmodified consumer drone is *really easy* to catch. Theres a reason all the ones in Ukraine are modified now. Without the right equipment though you have no shot, the guy could be in a building a block over.

I assume the problem is that the things an LLM can do are all, like, "+2% office work efficiency" applications, which are good, but do not justify making All The Money and when OpenAI is burning $5bn annually and demanding we rework the power grid, they need revolutionary applications.
