Re-jump starting the Nazi Germany era erasure via ‘digital book burnings’ etc is WAY above groceries on the concern list for me. Day 1 he came out and said a whole 1% of the population doesn’t exist. Now all mentions of trans folks have been removed from the CDC websites, Stonewall’s history, etc.🏳️⚧️💔

8. Transgender history is inseparable from the history of Stonewall. Raids on LGBTQ+ bars were often justified by laws policing gendered clothing, disproportionately targeting transgender people. Marsha P Johnson, Sylvia Rivera, and Zazu Nova all played critical roles in the uprising.
