Trumps Executive Orders are useless unless Congress writes them into legislation, approves & passes them. Better news is TRUMP CANNOT FIRE MILITARY GENERALS! Trump has LIMITED POWER over the Joint Chief of Staff & we aren’t at war! The only time trump has the authority to fire is when in a war!
