I seem to have arrived at that point in life where I'm aware of my left knees existence. And I don't like it I'm pretty sure it's gonna blow out soon. And it won't be in the gym; backsquatting 1.5x my bodyweight It'll be just standing up from a chair whilst grunting a 'dad noise'
