Look I am a democrat pretty left, but the reality is Ms.Piper that the right side of this country will not and won’t not change until they really feel the hurt. This will happen with the trump presidency, once they truly feel poverty and desperation will they come to there senses.

Your sentiment is there but I don’t make excuses for people that make bad decisions. My parents came here 30 years ago with not a single penny in there pocket, no working knowledge of English.Today they are living better than 90% of ppl in missouri, not with handouts but hard work.Americans are lazy

Not a bad idea , however with our current state and local governments I cant help but assume that Missouri will go towards the downward spiral similar to Kansas. Exspecially if republicans try to get income tax removed.
