Haven't posted here in a bit but I have some great news 😊 The previous Saturday, the 15th of February, our baby twins arrived in the world, a girl and a boy. They arrived a bit hastily and they are still staying in the maternity hospital but they are very healthy and are growing up normally.

This is the absolute worst time for customer service teams. Be kind, patient and treat people the way you’d want to be treated. Know that almost every issue/error can be resolved. But harassing, yelling or threatening these employees will get you no where. Full stop.
