I know not many ppl have seen this, but it’s probably important to say regardless. Always add some kind of acid when you mix olive oil and garlic. Botulism isn’t sexy, and lemon juice might save your life. Also, NEVER put raw garlic in olive oil, unless you’re about to cook with it.
