As with all of our maps, we have a low resolution version for free at 70ppi, but by backing us on patreon you can get it in high res and as a Foundry map with built in lighting, walls, sounds and interactive elements.
Don't want any crime scenes on the map? Just turn them off!

The way we do that is through Clip Studio Paint, we don't use Dungeon Draft to make the maps we sell. In CSP, we have a layer for the singles, and we mask out where we want the layer to end and then add an outline.
Hope that helps. In dungeon draft, you'd have to use the default edge for it.

As with all of our maps, you can get this one via our Foundry module, which includes walls, lighting, sounds and interactive elements baked in!

Depending on your DM you could also describe it as Survivor, where a group of people play together and you pick your favorite, you watch them try to solve puzzles and talk outside of the game, and sometimes when a player leaves they come back a couple episodes later surprising everyone.
