God morgon! I natt kunde höras skottlossning och sedan minst 3 kraftiga smällar innan brand utbröt på Rosnefts oljeraffinaderi i Syzran i ryska Samararegionen. Raffinaderiet hade före kriget en kapacitet på 8,9 miljoner ton olja/år. Efter drönarbesöket blir det nog långstopp i produktionen.
