I used to hack games, now I try to write about them! A very old gaming nerd from Mexico with plans to conquer the world! Or at least, write about DVD games. He/Him, SFW, furry as heck but also really weird.

Back in my very early attempts at making videos I had an idea for that topic as a video series. So no you're not the only one who finds that amusing. :)

Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to talk about the first fighting game that made me care about the story.

- not as an example of a bad protagonist, because companies were still trying to figure out storytelling in fighting games. So his personality was just blank. It wasn't until later games that he got a real backstory and personality added and I went "Yeah okay, you're cool, my bad."

... I feel like this person only played the original Street Fighter II. The very first release. Where Ryu -really had no personality- beyond "I just want to win and then I'm going to walk away in the ending." I was actually thinking back to my early fighting game days recently and he came to mind -

I mentioned being added to some site's list without my consent yesterday, I tried emailing their support but never heard back. And yeah I know about their Nazi support months ago. I want nothing to do with them either.

All those ads keep saying "La Spectrum", so I think its full name is "Los Angeles Spectrum"?

Yep and I hate that Arc Sys just refuses to acknowledge the collection exists outside of consoles.

Oh uh, one minor issue I don't think rodent necks are supposed to bend this way... XD

I'm enjoying it though, it's pretty chill and I appreciate not having to deal with ratings or time limits. And I also appreciate the regional pricing. Thank you for that.

Just tried the demo. I ran into an issue where the autocomplete blank spaces if the line is solved option just... doesn't seem to trigger. It's random, though, and it's only happened once in my testing. Another person who tried the demo told me about the bug earlier.

They got enough crazy to last them a lifetime with that racer lady, I don't think they'll go with any real people again. Especially not one of the most well known reps of a life destroying cult.

I would give them SO MUCH MONEY if they had Johnny Bravo in this. But no. The leaks point at Nick.

I guess they're not using plant-based fuel. Anything derived from crude oil / petroleum would not be vegan. Is Lithium vegan?

The Ubi one was such a disappointment, gameplay wise, once I finally got it on PC. This one looks like it'll actually play right but I'm still hesitant. The devs are good but I'm starting to feel beat em up fatigue, and it's been one of my favorite genres since the 90s...

It's funny because the app says it applies. But it just... didn't. So now I get to talk to customer service, again, about how the checkout at my store wouldn't acknowledge the discount. *Again.* And I have the receipts to prove it. Blergh

I'm not sure but I think there was -another- game announced a few months back that had puppet-like rendering that was just as good as the one shown in that trailer. I can't remember what its name was, so hopefully someone here knows what I'm talking about.

My comfort food is fried spam slices. And mom used to make spamburgers for dinner back in the day. Mom thought this was a proper meal and don't you forget it.
