I also think I’m aloof if I’m not focused on something or someone! I really have to readjust myself and be ready to receive energy from others or else it’s all just blocked out 😂 I assumed it was years of restaurant work and me blocking out all the various noises to focus on order input

I feel like I have full capacity to be intense if I am passionate enough about something but I don’t think I’m always intense…however, even my doctors last notes said I had “excellent eye contact” and maybe people think that’s intense idk 🤔
