PL GW20: top scorer long-list and equivalent #FPL goal points
comment in response to post
Haha! That all sounds totally sensible, except for the gut feeling I have! šŸ˜‚ Nkunku would only be for one week. Iā€™d swap him out for Iwobi in GW20. Itā€™s way more short term than iā€™d usually consider, but I wonder if he might have a belter like he did against Southampton! Iā€™d swap back in GW23/24ā€¦

Iā€™m debating a crazy move of Palmer and Jackson out for Nkunku and Haaland (-4) Despite Cityā€™s terrible form, their next four games are all against teams amongst the worst 5 defences in the league according to expected goals conceded. If Haaland doesnā€™t come good now, he never willā€¦

Other less likely players to be benched, who are on 4 yellows currently include Antonee Robinson, Morgan Rogers, Jurien Timber, James Maddison, Ryan Ait-Nouri, but maybe thereā€™s a slight risk of itā€¦

Made my first early transfers this week, getting Isak in for Hojlund (disaster transfer in GW11). Took a hit to do it too, taking out Bruno for Mitoma!

Iā€™d keep the bench the same!Everton just canā€™t score, Arsenal have looked like the team of last season at the back again recently, and I woundnā€™t play anyone against city, however poor they are right now. Newcastle have looked tighter at the back than Chelsea recently, so I prefer Hall to Colwill.

I have recent memories of Spurs ripping through a Villa defence with Konsa in it! I accept heā€™s a great defender, but I think Villa look tired balancing premier league and Champions league matches. Not sure theyā€™re going to have a great time over the Christmas runā€¦

Team looks great already! I really like Joao Pedro Captain. Mbeumo is good too, but the Saints defence is weaker than Leicesterā€™s. Iā€™m sure Salah will have another good week against City, with the way theyā€™re playing at the moment, but they at least have the capability to up their game any time.

I think Mitomaā€™s great, but who are you benching if you get him?

Cunha by a mile! The fixtures are so much better for him.

Fernandes. Evertonā€™s defence is back to the level of last season, with 4 clean sheets in their last 6 games. United were totally second best against Ipswich, and look like theyā€™ll need a while to master Amorimā€™s 3-4-3 formation. I think theyā€™ll really struggle to break down Everton.

Sell to Gordon in GW 15

Newcastleā€™s form is on the up, and their defensive stats with it! 1.05 XGC v Arsenal, and 0.63 XGC v Forest in the last two matches. I prefer Raya, but for 0.5m less, and with great fixtures until GW24, I think Pope is a cut above the rest!

Raya or Pope in for Ederson.

Thatā€™s gotta feel good!!

Yeah, a clean sheetā€™s been well overdue, but I got lucky bringing them both in on wildcard in GW11. I can imagine a few more over the Christmas period too!

Frustrated with Robinsonā€™s 0 pointer, when he so easily could have had an assist to his name, and Semenyoā€™s 1 point was gutting after he smashed the bar in the last seconds, but if a United can score a few against Ipswich, itā€™ll still be a decent week!
