First impression of it is a nonsense chip, introducing too much luck. Don't think it's needed in the game and introducing it mid season doesn't see right. Only for the Merseyside postponement I would be upset at still having TC!

Good question. Differential captains for me - largely means going against Haaland this season. Was not nice at start of season but better in recent weeks. With rules change and transfer carry forwards should be able to avoid hits.
