"Fox Network follows the Fairness Doctrine" is the most foolish statement I've read today. The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) originally created the Fairness Doctrine, but was subverted by Republican ideological fanatics, and scrapped the Fairness Doctrine decades ago.

Good for Delta, for sticking to the REAL name of the Gulf!! Trump trying to rename the Gulf of Mexico for fascistic political reasons, is like Stalin renaming St. Petersburg in Russia, as Leningrad. As soon as the old Soviet dictatorship fell, the city went back to its REAL name, St. Petersburg.

No, its not a myth. Fox's owners stated that Fox News is not news, in their defense in one of the lawsuits against them.

Far right brains can't detect deception, lies. Science. Empathy. Fox is like crack to their brains. They feed of Fox anger.

We do a morning walk that takes us past someone who was flying a Trump 2024 flag. He doesn't now, but I holler each morning on the way past and the way back: "Where's your Trump flag now asshole" My partner just grimaces. I just feel he now should be as worried about my sanity as I was about his.

I generally offer them a generous tip for changing the channel, and keeping Fox off the screen. They usually agree, often enthusiastically. They often say something like: "I really HATE Fox and their vicious lies, but we thought the customers wanted it. We're more than happy to turn it off".

That quote accurately describes Kashyap Pramod Vinod Patel. That's his full name, spelled correctly, by the way.
