I keep a list of patterns I want to make for myself, not as a gift or donation. I buy one and take myself shopping for yarn I will like, then make something for the joy of it. I usually pick a new stitch, or a new trend to try. It usually works!

Thank you! I do not bake often, but my mom baked when she was upset and now I do too. It requires me to think in terms of teaspoons and time, creating a framework for mindfulness. I have been baking a lot this fall…
