NEW! IMPORT! This sucker's got both starters and strong end-game procs He looks slow to build burn with his S1&2. But with the passive on deck, the SP gain should be pretty consistent. With a dedicated burn team, the mans is turning Burn into Rupture with the S3. Shield Counter's a nice bonus too
