I have to say, having someone you look up to, reply to one of your messages is like a contact high. Joe Hill replied to one of my questions and at first I was like omg send me stories but then I deleted that reply was just, ya.. reading is cool.

If semi-truck drivers need drivers abstracts and special papers that say they are trained to handle a big rig… why don’t politicians need similar checks and papers to prove they can handle driving a community? It’s an incredibly important role they should have to prove they’re trained for it.

I get asked why I run a horror podcast enough that I thought I'd answer here. Horror for the love of horror. I perform these stories for the love of it. That's my reward. That's my payment. I promote the author, they get more readers and write more stories. If others enjoy... yay more stories.

This is AMAZING! Through this program, Authors will make a royalty on secondhand book sales. I think that's great! We should all support this. Then our favourite authors will have the independence to write more books for us to read... and round and round it goes.
