... Aren't these just objects? Is that the joke?

Are the locations installed + usable yet?

Shows some legitimacy to your efforts and interest in the field. It's more about the fact that you took some time to code and deploy it (assuming it looks and behaves presentably). If it has some really impressive projects, posts, whatever, then that's even better

Sir, they hit the second signal chat

Good to know the QA experience is universal. Same thing happens in web development testing. We're allotted x days to test new features. Devs go late, we now have 1 day to test. "This isn't enough time" "we'll fix it next sprint, don't worry", followed by "how did QA miss this??"

Yes, obviously

I wonder if they'll build it on one of the existing protocols or do it proprietary

Awesome!

I suppose it makes the movie more money if crowds of people are attending to do ridiculous stuff. He possibly doesn't really have much of an incentive to discourage it

It's interesting observing where they try to get away with labeling everything as AI too. My mom told me that an AI transcribed her zoom meeting. I'm sure they use machine learning to convert speech to text, but in the past we would have just called it software. It's a useful tool, but still.

Are there spring covid and flu shots? I thought they were just in the fall?

Sorry, he's just been talking for 17 hours straight? That's impressive

It doesn't feel like I'm programming when I use it, although I know that I am

It's very possible that Disney believes this is not AI art because the artists are lying to them.

That was quick

He's right about Apple, but he's right about tech devices in general, especially mobile ones. They've nailed the designs pretty well. Focus is on software and squeezing people with subscriptions now.

The disability lobby? Do they think this is a powerful organization with a hidden agenda, besides advocating for the disabled?

I think this needs to be emphasized a lot more. A great director can rally a great crew, but you still need a great crew to work with

You cared enough to share this, so I'm not sure I believe you. You could probably try harder.

Hoping you meant "aren't" random nonsense, etc

I've really wanted to try working with GraalVM. I hear a lot about it, but have never really had the chance to get up close with it. Maybe I'll re-learn JavaFX, learn more about GraalVM and report back in a few months.

I thought JavaFX was the newest GUI toy

To clarify, I'm referring to the movie from 1990, but I embrace and stand by the double meaning.

This is probably AI generated content. But it still looks pretty cool.

As I clarified in another response, I'm not suggesting that bullying origins are from the internet. I have several friends who are teachers, they have first hand accounts on how social media encourages bullying behaviour. A major contributor is access to Andrew Tate types on boys.

Yes, sounds like it's not an ideal implementation, but I think most people would agree that SOMETHING needs to change about our youth's relationship with social media. Silver lining is the hope that this will set a precedent. Maybe other countries will figure it out and progress towards a standard.
