I had a cat that did that several years ago. Just up & disappeared. He was 17 years old. Then about a week later one of my dogs brought his body home & fretted until I buried the cat. It was a very surreal experience. 😥

One of mine left a dead mouse in their food bowl at some point this weekend. Ruined 3 days of food. We were out of town at this time so I've no idea how long they went without food since they wouldn't touch it once they dropped in the mouse. 🤬🤬

When I was younger & more eager and hungry for that $$ I didn't mind as my time on the clock started with that first call. Nowadays, I dread those calls.

We have a large office in India & we're required to adjust our schedule to accommodate their working hours. We get paid OT & they don't. Sometimes that means a 3am conference call. Fun times.
