To be fair, blood was made in the 90's, and saving in the original I i think only saved what level you were on and what weapons you had.

A) Pokemon Box RS was an exclusive to the New York Pokemon Center (Now Nintendo New York) in the states. So very limited release basically.
B) the US retro game market is a massive bubble that will hopefully burst soon
