Okay that made me laugh. Made up history seems to be your forte. Have a good day.

please read history. It was Obama who fired Dean in 2009
comment in response to post
It was a huge mistake for Obama to dump Howard Dean and the 50 state strategy. Let's get back to it!

^ this might just be the silliest statement on BlueSky this year. 1. She's not telling you what words you can use. She's asking you to think.

Why isn't he under arrest for raping a child?
comment in response to post
100%
comment in response to post
So why isn't he arrested for rape, transporting a minor, etc?
comment in response to post
What about the child rapist Gaetz?

Calling a male , a woman or a woman's parts has always been an insult use against males. The point being, there is nothing lower than being female. So no, don't "have at it". Reject it.
comment in response to post
I don't want to lower myself to their standards, nor use a term for female as a insult. A side point you indirectly brought up - I do think the right's transphobia is based on their outrage than anyone would want to be and chose to be a woman over being a man.
comment in response to post
I don't know if you are trolling or not, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. twat (n.) "female pudendum," 1650s, of unknown origin. A general vulgar term of abuse since 1920s. Etymology is just cool

I'm good with that.

You would think after 7 years + , he would have learned that was pointless. It was a horrible choice not to fight for that seat.
comment in response to post
Better to use something other than slang for a women's genitals to insult people

This. He would have been a horrible Supreme court judge, as he is a horrible AG. How could he have been nominated/appointed?

He's the perfect republican, isn't he?

5 years ago he was accused of tax evasion.. in Panama www.propublica.org/article/trum...

It's obvious from the responses that many didn't read the article. Fetterman is correct in his analysis.

That's pure terrorism, and he belongs in Gitmo.

The GOP house needs democrats' votes. This is called power. Make your demands (child cancer, etc), and have those proposals voted on before the republican items. If the democrat's demands aren't pass, tank the whole thing.

Florida has always had it's hand out for federal handouts.
comment in response to post
Quoting Obama on this issue is hysterically absurd, in multiple ways.
comment in response to post
So the elected republican of congress consider Elon their master, king, and god.

The tightest race in memory, the 2nd most ever for a democrat too, and you think the turnout was weak?

The key isn't to make all earned income taxable for Social Security -if you do, then the payouts are raised. The key is a donut hole or another option Personally, I favor a return to 90+% income tax for the highest earners. Let's help extremely wealthy Americans become better Americans - tax them!

Democrats stayed home because they felt the electoral college meant their vote didn't matter.

Defund Tesla, too.

You are wrong. Nixon got a pardon only for the crimes he committed against the USA as president, it did not include crimes against individuals nor crimes in his private life. Biden gave Hunter a blanket pardon for 10 years of his life.
comment in response to post
Because Biden gave Hunter a blanket pardon, for everything he may or may not have done for 10 years. No president has done that ever. Not Ever. It was wrong.
comment in response to post
He whines like a white guy making a billion a year.
comment in response to post
SCOTUS keeps expanding the power of the judiciary, well beyond reason. Neither lawmakers nor courts should be making health care decisions. What the heck is happening that either of these entities feel it's their right ?
comment in response to post
The extent of Biden's pardon of his son are beyond norms; he pardoned Hunter for anything he might have done for an extended period of time. If a gop president did this, I'd be just as livid , and also looking for the crime that hasn't been discovered yet.
comment in response to post
You're determined to justify Biden's actions, and not consider the alternatives. There's no discussion here. Have a good day.
comment in response to post
I don't find your premise true. Biden took the biggest action he could take, a blanket pardon, and then expects other Dems to say "Perfect", which is what many are doing.
comment in response to post
if you think you set standards by looking at the lowest of the low, you've already lost.
comment in response to post
and that's a shame. Lowering yourself to Trump's level is not good.
comment in response to post
Biden should have commuted Hunter's sentence rather than giving him one of the broadest pardons ever.
comment in response to post
Biden could have commuted the sentence instead of giving Hunter one of the broadest pardons ever received.
comment in response to post
so you think Biden is going to send anyone to Gitmo? Or otherwise take action?
comment in response to post
The pardon was unjustifiably broad. It pardons him from anything he may have done - anything at all. To have pardoned him of the current charges might have been debatable, but the way the pardon was issued was horrific.
comment in response to post
I wish Biden was as worried about what is going to happen to the US.
comment in response to post
It's time to rework presidential pardons. No pardons for family, including (ex)in-laws,or anyone that's served in any federal administration,or for those convicted by a military court. And finally, no pardons until convicted, sentenced & has spent one year in prison. In other words no "pre-pardons"

Makes more sense to ban private cars on weekdays, and only run trams and bikes.
