This doesn't make any of us safe. This doesn't help any of us. My heart breaks every single day when I see what is happening in Gaza. I feel helpless. I know many of you do too.
But when people enact violence in our name, it makes everyone less safe and it makes peace less likely.

Antisemitism breeds extremism, cruelty, and conspiracy theories. Equating Jewish people with Israel's far-right government inevitably leads to antisemitism.
It leads to innocent people getting hurt, more Jewish organizations being targeted, *and* Netanyahu using fear to gain more control.

I don't want to see a single person saying this was warranted by the carnage in Gaza, that this was for Palestinians.
I am a Palestinian person and I do not want senseless acts of terror committed in my name. I don't want Jewish organizations to need extra security because of fear of violence.

It’s hard to speculate on whether Carrie fishers untimely passing was a factor. She was easily one of the best parts of episode 7, and her effective absence in 8 and 9 is felt. But again, it’s all really down to bad writing

It’s really too bad that episodes 8 and 9 are such stinkers. The series had a ton of potential. The cast were easily capable of making a good series but the writers let them down.

Deeply unhinged seeing a bunch of extremely online white people calling a Palestinian a “genocidal bootlicker” who doesn’t actually believe in a Free Palestine because she doesn’t support killing unarmed staffers outside a museum in Washington.

This is such whataboutism. And they weren’t even staff, they were guests an event trying to find solutions in Gaza. This just shows you do not have great media literacy. And don’t call it an attack, it’s objectively a murder
