At least in France traditional banks are slow and expensive. They require postal delivery for any secure transaction. UI/UX in their apps is decades behind. Management fee, card fee, etc. Digital banks don’t charge those, and do things quickly and conveniently.

Do have intel into why it is not used anymore? Having to change the title via document seems annoying. Also it feels like the big mistake was putting title before url.

I really like this idea of willing to do the work to get the value, it shines a light!

Yeah, but that’s not cheese (forced French accent)

Can’t ignore the “fren” connotation used by 4chan far-right creeps

This is my preferred way of coding on difficult topics! It’s absolutely magical to use functions that are perfectly convenient, except they don’t exist yet. Learned this method from SICP.

did you have to do debugging on the generated code? that sounds painful

Not arguing what you’re saying. Just saying people have poor reading comprehension.

I was reacting to “it’s a Boolean situation […] you either can do it or not”. Don’t know what’s your angle.

Perhaps you just skipped or read too fast the text in the image, that’s OK

The task for 10-1 is to multiply random 10-digit numbers with random 1-digit numbers, and doing all possible combinations, then doing it 40 times without mistakes

the types seems to be oddly formatted compared to the code, also uneven within the same page, like in writeFile

1/ breaking means forcing users to change their code 2/ no. however, you can be fine with annoying users on your own terms and communicate it upfront 3/ no. however, you might care less or more based on that!

I was hoping for a simplistic silver bullet like sanitize input, or Object.create, or something magical 😅

Did you use any tools to help? What’s your process?

I believe the best competitor to TypeScript would be a subset of JavaScript that happens to be amenable to static analysis and IDE enhancements.

It looks great! How does this automation work? How do you generate the text content? It is very succinct and nicely formatted and relevant! Are you aggregating existing bits from several sources with simple scripting? Any LLM trickery involved? 🙈

Slightly bad code in, slightly better code out
