That happened to me as well which is why I quit. I forgot that you had to transfer your data separately when you get a new switch. RIP my island is lost forever 😭 But I'm glad you at least wanted to restart your island.

This year I decided to take a break from job hunting and focus on self improvement. I got back into the zine scene and worked on Pokeplanner and Dun Meshi Cookbook. I regret not doing any in 2023. While finding a better job is still a goal, I want to make sure I'm still able to pursue my hobbies.

Ok cool because those are the ones I'm leaning towards. I wish the green worked because it's grass type but like too much green is bad XD I may go with red to match the eyes since I'm making a shiny holo version that is purple to match shiny sprigatito's eyes.
