Vance is always so disgusting. He makes me physically ill. I think I'll watch a little baseball to recover from this. Vance probably doesn't get baseball.

Thank you for the thoughtful idea...Dems need to start pushing more. Raskin has the credibility to do so.
The rest of us have to keep protesting....if we stay home and say nothing, we are doomed.

The Democrats have raised $20M+....hopefully, it will be enough. I've never seen so many political ads for a judicial race, but that's where we are.

Agree 100%. At some point in time, these 10 cowards had enough swagger to think they should be elected to the Senate and represent the interests of an entire state. Where's that swagger now? If an uprising is called for, an uprising it shall be.

There has never been a doubt about which way Trump leans - he's a disgrace. We all just need to keep doubling down on resistance and advocating for all those in harm's way....which is basically all of us.

Amen! Re your 2nd point above- we from Minnesota don't always need to be so nice and so conventional. This isn't business as usual. The grassroots protesters have been ratcheting up the heat on Emmer... we expect at least that much effort from Klobuchar/Smith et al.

So true. This will be even more difficult for those already living on the margins. Food shelves haven't fully recovered from the pandemic, and deeply affordable housing is scarce, if available at all. Is Trump more cruel than incompetent or vice versa? Today, he is more cruel.

The Republicans already have the torching of the economy well underway. The shutdown impact will be minor compared to the impact of tariffs, job cuts, and everything else they are doing to chill consumer spending.

Thank you for the energizing call this past Wednesday. It was refreshing to hear PCUSA speak out so directly against Project 2025. Onward!
