I knew right away that I wanted feathers to be involved in his, but aside from that I did not have much at first-
His outfits were redone at one point cause I didn't like what I originally had them-

His main things ended up being the feathers, black foilage/dark coloured irises, begonias and skeleton flowers (dyed black) which go transparent when wet.

I also wanted to give him green eyes, so I made the snake half's yellow to keep with the heterochromia.
He was the last one to get drawn and the last to be coloured. ✨
