Yes but the sex is better at the other place.

Their pleasure at being their worst selves is about to be crushed by the outcomes of their choice Old enough to remember how gay marriage was viewed in the 90s and how that changed by mid 00s. People can be made to come around “Your hero lied to you, he betrayed you, now we make him pay” maybe

Should we not be willing to win them over ? How are we going to fight this if we’re not willing to speak to those who will feel betrayed?

It really wouldn’t take much to make Europe a powerhouse of R&D, the type that really improves human life: medical, energy, tech (not idiotic chat bots that badly regurgitate stuff) I’ve always said never bet against America but I think it’s time to go long Europe

How do we communicate in private in this place? Are you on LinkedIn? I don’t want to put my real name out here in public. I might be able to do something with Genentech

Gen Xers ( kinda conservative but not MAGA) are slowly peeling themselves away from the other place, they’ll balance this out. For now there’s still a predominance of Millennial well intended ( but yeah) social prudishness

I’m thinking Zuck. His recent Andrew Tate cosplay was the equivalent of kissing the ring.

These are the same people that will assure you that the Cuban healthcare care system is the best in the world. I lived there, that’s propaganda. It leads to self flagellation, and nihilism and to a profound misunderstanding of human nature. It weakens the resistance.

trying to reframe low info people into secret socialists is going terribly for leftism, you can’t indulge low trust and anti social behavior and think it will produce the society you want
comment in response to post
i am absolutely sick of leftists going to bay for incurious, stupid people and blaming the fact they’re like that on the government

Yes. Forcing a third dose of the covid vaccine on healthy young females was a bad decision. They had the lowest risk of complications and the vaccine was poor at preventing transmission But the vaccine had great benefits for other cohorts. You couldn’t say the 1st part without being called antivax

My life in Cuba has taught me that the death of a leader doesn’t lead to the end of a regime

You can take a girl out of the French catholic/socialist disdain for opulence but you can’t take the French catho-socialism out of her.

French flag in signature often has the same connotation. Flags have become the symbol of reactionary nationalism

Flag in name is usually a give away

It IS a bit unfortunate that rather than tackling horrendous ingredients in food, lack of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, and general unhealthy social constraints we’ve decided to opt for a pill that lets food rot in your stomach.

Who actually does care about them ? Everyone here knows the successful Pakistani family that are thriving in Britain. The losers live next to the working class girls. This allows us to feel very good about ourselves as tolerant people. None of us are paying a price.
