A new RTS! We were sponsored [ad] to not only play but talk to the devs for Battlefall: State of Conflict that just entered early access: youtu.be/LWnz67qO2Hg It's surprisingly solid and the devs are giving it their all. I think it's worth a look and you can let them know what you think.

"How can you list this game!? It's got mixed Steam reviews, obviously it's bad!" Literally the same person (not joking) when I listed a Very Positively reviewed game they don't like: "Steam ratings are not a clear indicator of quality. You know very well that users often do not update reviews."

"I can't believe you didn't include the best ever RTS! What a joke!" Me: Which of the 8 listed do you think should be booted out to make room? *Silence*

I spent a long time getting this list of RTS games the best I could: youtu.be/xcyFh5_8ZDI Would really appreciate it if you gave it a watch and I hope you find it interesting!

I grew up with tactics games and we were sponsored [ad] to have a look at a free demo of a new one: youtu.be/nmhUhCp3-NE Chains of Freedom, have a watch and maybe try the demo. It's a solid one so far.

Made a new Discord server icon for the community. Pixel art referencing something old (if you know, you know)

Is Two Point Museum fresh enough or is it the same old same old?

Did you know we got ZERO Roman city builders from mid-2009 to mid-2024? 15 years. Today we got a Free Demo sponsorship of a new one [ad] Roman Triumph: https://youtu.be/0T-vJa995cE Have a watch and try, they just want feedback.

Live now with a city-building day! City Tales & Roman Triumph [ad] With CAESAR 3! Come join the stream:

Long stream day! We're live now with a new tactics game Chains of Freedom [ad] then we're FINISHING SimCity 2000 and maybe have a drive around our city in Streets of SimCity (modded). Finally, some Path of Exile 2 exploration. Come join:

You may be surprised how advanced the 3rd ever city-building game was: youtu.be/PMBYwB8ynDE

The eternal city-building debate... Grids or no grids?

Today we were sponsored [ad] to check out this Free Demo of a new medieval city builder: https://youtu.be/ZzkUcZ823yc Try it out and give them feedback!

Me and 'those' commenters.

Today's video is going to make some people mad.

Sometimes people will make 'suggestions' like "why didn't you do X, you should've done X" And if you reply with your reasons for not doing X, they will call you 'defensive' for simply not agreeing with their suggestion. They aren't suggesting, they are commanding, and you don't have to agree.

Like building the Roman empire? Here are 2025 games where you can do that: youtu.be/eNSElQDMZuY

For anyone having save issues in Civ 7, my guess is it's the same problem Civ 6 had on launch. Maybe this'll solve it but who knows.

Civ 7 sucks, better punish 2K and Firaxis by instead buying and playing... Civ 4/5/6. That'll teach 'em! They'll never get my mone- wait.

This isn't my prophecy, it has always been true...

With Civ 7 actually releasing for real tomorrow, we can all see if the prophecy will be fulfilled.

If you're wondering what the Founders-only playercount for Civ 7 on Steam is, we can see that. These numbers put Civ 7's "advanced access" in the top 40 most played games on Steam. Will check back in on the 11th to compare when it 'launches'-launches. Will "advanced access" lower the launch peak?

Everyone knows SimCity but do you know the SECOND city builder ever made? Have a look:

We have finally reached the point of the Civ hate cycle where "actually Civ 6 was good". The deja vu is getting too strong for me...

I'm streaming the SECOND ever city building game! Come join: https://www.twitch.tv/GamerZakh

So I reviewed Civ 7

When Civ 7 makes you realise that the 'new world' wasn't just empty land...

GOG has a revamped wishlist to try get more old games running. Help push up the most underrated game in existence: https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/biosys-1999 It's like Myst but a survival game from the 90s and no one knows it.

GOG has a new dreamlist/wishlist feature where you can vote for the games you want them to bring back. Here's my personal underrated fave: www.gog.com/dreamlist/ga...

Here are games in 2025 that you can play if you HATE Civ 7! youtu.be/2fGBU3JLvbs (You don't actually have to hate Civ 7)

Well it's about time! If you're gonna spend time and money going around the internet taking down illegal copies then the least you could do is actually sell it.

Today we have the best kind of sponsor [ad], Stronghold Crusader's new remaster has a free demo! Check this video: https://youtu.be/npTrBXZy8_s Base-building RTS and it's just some free gameplay for you. I show you how to play if you need some help getting into this new version of the game. Thanks!

Someone's comment about Civ: "i've played it. what a waste of time. i found it to easy, to short, the first time i played i hammered the ai, and severely lacking in gameplay. civ was never about pretty graphics but was about strategy and skill. it seems they've dumbed it down and sold us short."

New list video for your weekend! A whole bunch of games you may want to know about, check it: https://youtu.be/NVzaFvEOkQc

I'm as surprised as you are... actual Civ 7 gameplay! I wasn't expecting it but last minute I got a code for a preview, now we can see what the game really is. Check it and ask questions: https://youtu.be/dO9AfXMvaYE

The Stadia is stirring in its grave...
