I'll never understand people who freak out over "no game key". I've been covering games since the 16-bit days and I've gotten told no plenty of times. No skin off my back. There are lots of other games to cover. Worst case, you expense the game on release and run a late review.

Honestly; this is more on Nintendo than a random GameStop employee. No one in their right mind would design a package that allows the screen to be easily damaged. It should NOT have been a staple width from the top of the box. That's basic package design. On the flip side...
