I'm not privy to the specific details of security procedures allowing access to the data, however what I do know, is without prior approval and authorization, accessing the data is equivalant to a BREACH! It is no different than a unauthorized HACK!

The other aspect of this this whole situation is that this time he really believes he has a mandate, with most Americans, to do all the crazy injurious stuff he has proposed. With that belief, in mind, who knows what other insane ideas he will come up with, without any resistance from his cabinet!
