I always enjoy seeing all the different butterflies that exist abroad.

Ahhhhhh man! Sorry to hear that. I’m currently fighting off spider mites on my celosia and hoping that my tomatoes don’t have a fungal disease from all of this rain we’ve been having.

Good morning Michael. I hope everything goes well.

Sorry to hear that Noble. Poor little pup. 😢

Oooh I bet. I haven’t dealt with any heat related problems so far. I think being in a valley and having a lot of trees around helps out, but I will be interested to see how everything reacts to 3 straight days in the 90s.

Cool!

Good morning! I hope all is well with you.

For sure. I live in a forest, so fires are always at the top of my mind as well. All of this rain should help with that.

I have only lived in this area for about 4+ years, but it has only gotten above 90° a handful of times that I remember. When I saw three straight days I was blown away.

Me too! You spend so much time raising them. I might have to do the same thing.

I saw that! What a turnaround huh? I am excited to see what some summer weather will do for the garden. I’m worried my tomato plants already have a fungal disease from all of this cool, wet weather.

That dog is living the good life!

These are beautiful! I’ve heard about the medicinal properties but I’ve never seen the plant. I’ll have to add them to the long list of plants I want to grow next year. 😉

Very interesting. We also have old rock walls in the northeastern US. I’m sure the practice was brought over from European colonists. It’s hard to know exactly how old they are, but it’s safe to assume they aren’t any older than 300 years old.

Thanks Kate!

Beautiful photo! I wonder how old those rock walls are.

This is infuriating!

Yeah there was a little area where you could pull over and take pictures while we were traveling through the park. It’s beautiful over there! I definitely want to go back and explore more sometime.

Haha nice! I would love to run into those two.

Wow! Epic shot Luis.

I’d like to go again myself. The festival itself is nice, but the real action happens at night in the many venues around the city. There are all sorts of spontaneous collaborations of super talented artists. You never know what awesome stuff you are going to see.

They are sooooo delicate! We are supposed to get two more days of rain so I had to rescue them.
