Das design ist so das wenn zu viel last auf diese achse kommt der Zahnriemen nachgibt.
Es sollte funktionieren wenn der Motor die Flügel Horizontal bewegt. Also ohne das er das Gewicht dieser heben muss.

Die Alu Vierkantrohre waren 20x20x2.
Das war auch gleichzeitig die selbe breite der hubstangen der Linearmotoren.

Ja. Das sind endschalter.
Die Linearmotoren haben eingebaute und die Flügel sind so konstruiert dass diese die volle länge der Motoren unterstützen.
Für den Getriebemotor hatte ich extra welche gebraucht.

Das in der mitte ist ein Getriebe Motor der nochmal mit Zahnriemen untersetzt worden ist.

Es kommt darauf an wie sie sich bewegen sollen.
Aber für diese größe würde ich diesen neueren aufbau empfehlen.
Vielleicht müsste noch ein weiteres gelenk dazu um nah an den look zu kommen.
Aber das neue ist eine flexiblere Plattform.
Der alte ist eher was für größere Flügel.

The discoloring is Silver Oxide. It always does that, just by being in contact with Air.
Polishing away is removing a tiny bit from the Surface each time.
So be careful not to overdo it with cleaning.
Either use silver Polishing compound. Or you rub really long with a leather cloth (i think).
