The most dangerous thing about racism is that it seeps through families. I was raised to believe stuff I do not rationally believe but it still manifests itself. I have to recognize it is there before I can heal. Ignoring it perpetuates it. Does that make sense?

I was given a "Dick Tap" by a coworker 15 years ago. A few months went by and I got him back. He actually got mad at me. I apologized and said I'm sorry it was a spur of the moment thing. He complained and when being fired they pointed out our ages as the reason. Me-28 him-23.
