He wasn't in there long though, but possibly. "You created Sonic now, Iizuka-san. I don't care that we'd already made about 6 games before you joined us, you did all of it"

See also: - Numbered sequels aren't a spiritual successor to the previous game - Takashi Iizuka may have been at Sonic Team longer than Yuji Naka at this point, but to call him the creator of Sonic is a BIT of a stretch

It was the Slipgate one that proper wound me up, in a 2 hour presentation that succeeded in winding me up. "I grew up on Halo, I'm fed up of the same CoD yearly & I REALLY want Titanfall 3...so anyway here's MP Portal".

Usually, yeah, as I've got all the PS2 games (including Blade Warriors), but I can't shake the feeling that this new one looks a bit Soulslike, and I don't tend to do too well with those so I'm skeptical.

47. JURASSIC PARK III - ⭐⭐ 1/2 (Review from 2022) boxd.it/2UDsoN

It's not a bad game though - it's pretty decent actually - but I don't think I was gelling with the way it wanted to be played, so I am grateful that I could taylor it a bit more to my liking.

Right, I think we're pretty much ready to go now, so let's try this again!
comment in response to post
Yeah, I was aware of that but I had my Xbox set up to auto download updates so I don't know why it hadn't done this beforehand lol Nevermind, it's just weird.

Went live, game told me it needed to do a 10GB update. Bear with me...

Very have been doing the same. You click their bundle options and it just pops you back on the homepage, which says "SWITCH 2 OUT NOW"

For now...

REALLY wanted to sell it to you then!

The Primals are pretty good - CDs are expensive for what are pretty much EPs but they're a rock band formed by one of the composers for XIV and a lot of their stuff is just from that game and it's expansions.

Oh yeah, I've got the three Black Mages albums too - the third one doesn't pop up that often so i was definitely lucky with that one. Earthbound Papas I wanted but I think I discovered them too late, so doubt I'll get those.

open.spotify.com/album/0npDaN... Apparently 1997 so not at all recent lol, but it's still very good. I might have to listen to the other albums they did. Think it might help at work for a more chilled atmosphere.

That's more than I've got, well for FF anyway. I've got X, X-2, XIII-2 (came with the CE we got), VII Remake & VII Rebirth, and the physical OC ReMix albums for I, IV & VII
comment in response to post
If you haven't heard it yet though, the FFVII Jazz album they did a few years back is outstanding.

I made a point to go to Tower Records in Shibuya back in April for that reason, then found I couldn't decide from what they had and didn't buy any! I've got a few, but not as many as I keep looking at lol.

It's actually pretty tame as far as their CEs go. Didn't the one they did for the Pixel Remasters get close to $400?
comment in response to post
It is indeed. FF has been a massive part of my life since X came out, so I always want the expensive versions but can never get them XD
comment in response to post
It's a bit expensive for me (plus I'm not familar with Tactics as we only got the PSP version), so I'll just go with the physical I think.
comment in response to post
ALSO - Since I took this photo I found a copy of Tactics A2 on the DS. The case is unfortunately a bit water damaged but it otherwise looks fine. Just glad to own it really, it's not a game that pops up that often for cheap on the secondhand market.
comment in response to post
I've just seen that on the UK store actually - they're selling it for £250 with the physical game bundled. Weirdly they're just doing physical versions for PS5 and Switch.
comment in response to post
Hm. Given that the physical version isn't on a card I might wait for a price drop then.
comment in response to post
I say "games I can play" and yes, I'm aware I own JP PS1 games. They were a good bundle deal on Vinted and really I only wanted Tactics - VII & VIII were bonuses.

I have a Switch 2 inbound in July (I bought a bundle with Mario Party so have to wait for that to launch first), but I haven't decided if I'm going to get Director's Cut or not yet. I own the other games, but don't know if an English dub and extra minigames is worth the double dip.

On that note, I'm surprised that Yakuza 0 is still seemingly a Switch 2 exclusive. Half expected a release on other formats too.
comment in response to post
I have a feeling Microsoft would announce it, but it'll release on Xbox, PS5 & Switch 2.
comment in response to post
The Game Boy/Game Boy Advance games are the holy grail items at this point, and there's a few more I'd like to own like the 360 releases of FFXI, but this is about it. I'm trying to keep to releases of games I can play - XI & XIV being exceptions - so NES/SNES is not something I'm looking at.
comment in response to post
I actually still find it bizarre that Crisis Core FFVII Reunion got a release on Xbox but, to date, the other two FFVII games haven't. Very odd.
comment in response to post
(Chances are it'll be multi format, but more thinking MS have got the reveal trailer).
comment in response to post
If everything else in the Nvidia leak was real, and they are, then it's only a matter of time. Did Microsoft steal it after seemingly missing out on FFVII?
comment in response to post
They're saying more to come too so it really could be quite the collection.
comment in response to post
Also no Saturn or PS1 versions of either MK3 or UMK3. Unless they were pretty arcade perfect ports it seems weird they're not in there.
comment in response to post
I took a screenshot of the game list for the MK Kollection. There's some gaps in there so hopefully MK Trilogy and MK Gold get a look in, and maybe a couple of the PS2 games as well. I doubt the crap PS1 spinoff games will make the cut, though, but would be funny if they did too!
comment in response to post
Yep, that's our show ender. That was surprisingly good, looking at it from a single player point of view as I was. Would have been cool to see stuff like rumoured Resi 9 and FFIX remake, but I can hold out hope that Microsoft might have those on Sunday. Very impressed. Solid 8/10 for me.
comment in response to post
Is this what they're ending with? Again, a bit of an odd choice to end on. Very bold to end with a fighter, even with the pedigree of Arc.
comment in response to post
Yotei, sorry. I can't spell. Right, here we go, new shit. Arc System Works making a Marvel fighter! Looks awesome. Yes please. Silly name, though.

Ghost of Yokai? Hopefully this isn't what they're ending on. Should probably play Tsushima at some point.
