Collapsible Past Activity Summaries
Your Past Activities (those little workout summaries for the past 10/30 days at the Streak bottom), can now be collapsed. They’re hidden by default - tapping expands them, and another tap collapses them.
Update and go for it! :)

Custom illustrations instead of emojis
Burnt calories are now represented by custom illustrations - giving your workout summaries a more cohesive, gentler feel.
If you find food representation triggering: Gentler Streak > Profile > Settings > Active Energy > Show food emoji: OFF

ALT Text on Summaries
We are now generating alt text with your workout summaries. When you attach it to your summary when sharing it on social media, you provide a friendlier experience for the blind and those with low vision.

Huh, I'm sorry, but that's not on the cards. With an app like ours that relies heavily on the accuracy of Health data, there are just too many liabilities on Android. For starters, it comes with two health sources and countless wearables feeding into them, often with questionable data quality.

.. person to test our steps feature: in cases like yours, including steps in your Path, you should be getting better guidance. If you're willing to be part of our beta, reach out to [email protected] and I will add you to it. Let me know!

Huh. I suppose you are either at the beginning of your fitness habit, coming back from an injury or doing activities in spurs? As Path is based on your heart rate efforts, it appears there are not many activities where you'd push yourself harder in recent times. However, you may be the right ..

Oh! Yes. We will be closing this OG beta when we finish the steps feature, and then create a new one, where we will include everyone from the waiting list. Your time is coming. :)

Hey Chris! Is the issue still there or has it reappeared? With updates, this can happen as the watch/iphone communication is not the most reliable of the relationships out there. Rebooting devices usually does the trick. Let me know, please.

.. wouldn't that be something :D We’re working on it, and it’s turning out to be trickier than expected. Adding it as a metric is the easy part - the real challenge is ensuring it fits into the Activity Path while staying objectively true.

Hey there! Steps that go into Exercise minutes, count towards Activity Path. We will be introducing step metric in the near future.
And about good fitness form, I suggest reading this article, and also having a look at Gentler Streak 101 category on Insights tab.

Hay Sam! It's Strava who locks us out - maybe try reaching out to their support: if they add us as a valid source, this is sorted. We write all data to Health, and allow other apps to use it.

Slightly dampening the skin can improve sensor contact, especially in very dry conditions or cold weather. Adjusting the fit, and cleaning the sensor before tracking are also effective solutions.

P. S. Don't forget about those widgets: they offer info at a glance, and tapping them takes you directly to the wellbeing section.

If you want your information even higher on the tab, you can remove Yorhart (💔) from the view, and all most relevant info will be pushed higher.
You can do that by tapping your Profile on Streak tab, go to Settings > Appearance > No Yorhart

Your most important info for the moment sits right below your Activity Path. In the morning, For You takes the lead, highlighting your latest wellbeing, sleep, and cycle insights. Later in the day, if you log any activities, those take the prime spot.

Haha … awesome. :))) I have an even better idea! You can start Daily Chores workout type and then rename it to Washing *insert the name of the car* and add a before and after picture to it. How about that?? 😄
