It’s just that the game itself is 30+ hours or so of raw story, and picking out only what is necessary is extremely difficult, especially when you want to comment on every weird thing it does, it does so many weird things

I personally think that the three main regions of the game were supposed to represent different aspects of American christianity, especially with John Seed who first appears on TV, and has a giant fancy ranch, and all these planes etc

I think you can still see remnants of its old self reflected in its current state, but those criticisms of American christianity are buried deep under layers of abstraction to make sure it’s not obviously criticising anyone.

It’s moments like these that make me question what I’m doing. Whether I should even be the one doing this, I’m always at war with myself over what I want to do on this platform, always in conflict between the snarky vampire fox persona I initially created and the serious topics I end up covering.
