As his opponent, I'd definitely be asking the referee to rub down the middle pocket with his white gloves after.

Oh yes yes. Very noted.

Thought it seemed familiar. I'll allow it.

I think it's highly likely that there will be flood defences from Blackrock to Clontarf. The cost to benefit just stacks up. If this plot goes, so does swathes of D1,2,3,4. They will loose the sea view from the ground floor, but not their house.

Intentional, surely.

As a Beaufort stan, I was so angry at you until I realised this was a pun. Maybe like Force 6 angry (some airborne spray present).

Putting Lusk squarely back in its place is the duty of every diligent Skerrian.

Great to see this being brought to a British and international audience. As an Irish fan of your series, I have picked up on parallels of our own story in those of other colonised places. Will be interesting to see these now front and centre.

Some clatther. And if it was used to fast and the felt would grip at the wrong angle and the whole thing would rotate and collapse, wood to board and come stuttering out of the user's hand. Bonus points if this caused fingernail contact on the blackboard.

Same. Can you imagine the noises it would make though. I can. I'm doing it right now and it's not good.

I love when the dry sand blows across the surface like that in rivulets, crackling against your feet.

Maybe you're right. It's not a song you can build good staging around, unlike some of the others. I don't think it was the best choice, but it wasn't the worst, and the high performance in the public vote has to come from somewhere.

I see it getting through the semi. Even on the premise alone.
