I don't have any reasonably capable ray tracing hardware so I've never really messed with enabling ray tracing, but could that also be some kind of artifact from ray tracing? I've heard it can have issues when combined with AI upscalers like FSR/DLSS.

Debloating it is the hardest part. Despite me not clicking on "Gaming" in the "What will you use this PC for" during setup, it installed XBox Live and a "Gaming Assistant" app, whatever that is. Also, apparently Bing search now ships with Windows 11 out of the box and cannot be uninstalled.
