Cuomo didn't resign because he was a 'womaniser' but because of repeated inappropriate behaviour.
Running him in NY at this point is basically saying 'we're no better than Trump'. It would toxify the Dems forever and turbo charge the ongoing MAGA coup. And for what? To save Bloomberg a few bucks.
