Took a few weeks off to visit with company but did some baking again today. All are 75% bread flour two are 25% whole wheat flour and 2 are 15% whole wheat and 10% rye. Can you tell which is which?

I a Dairy Queen in Manzanillo, Colima, MEXICO. Guy yelling his order louder and louder knowing that at some point he would find the magic volume where his english would become understandable to the room full of Spanish speakers. Sigh....

Today I baked the loaves I made yesterday. Then made up 4 more loaves that went into the fridge. It's a busy day tomorrow so I'll bake them Friday.
