Just gonna leave this here.

Not in my name.

Last night 1000+ Jews stood outside of ICE headquarters to call for the return of Mahmoud Khalil, the end of deportations, and the end to attacks on the democracy we need to keep Jews and everyone safe. You can listen on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Links in reply.

This gave me some feels today. www.facebook.com/share/p/152v...

How fitting that today I walked outside and the weather felt so deeply like the first days of the pandemic, and then I read that the apocalypse has resumed in Gaza. Disaster upon disaster.

Mahmoud Khalil is a green card-holding permanent resident of the US exercising his right to free speech in support of Palestinian human rights. If you think the fascists are not eventually coming for you, you're just plain wrong. Show up for Mahmoud today if you can.

Because you absolutely need a lesbian chainsaw dominatrix or two in your life.

Not in my name. This endangers Jews, it doesn't make us safer. Criticism of Israel is not antisemitism. Actual, harmful antisemitism exists, but protesting for human rights for Palestinians ain't it.

Artists: what crowdfunding platform are you using and why do you like it?

It would be seriously disrespectful to click this link to report Mother Teresa for treating every soul as equally valuable in the eyes of God.

Remember: economic blackout tomorrow. www.axios.com/2025/02/25/e...

The feds have set up enddei.ed.gov so anybody can report "DEI" in schools and try to get them segregated. But anybody can submit anything to this portal. You know what to do.

"If you are concerned about Project 2025, the conservative Heritage Foundation’s sweeping, illiberal agenda for a second Trump administration, then you need to take a hard look at Project Esther, its manual for combating antisemitism."

What I’ve been saying.

Gonna make an email account for this and do it every day. Fighting fascism can be fun!

Yesterday morning, I witnessed a trans Rabbi and a trans tutor bless a young trans woman's name change at the bimah of my synagogue, in the presence of the Torah. This was a gift to me and to my congregation. It was holy. Trans people are blessings. #lightindarkness @abbystein.bsky.social

Folks, please be prepared to vote IN PERSON going forward. A whole lotta absentee ballots from purple states are going to be mysteriously delayed.

Light shines in unexpected places.

Ex fucking scuse me?

If you were wondering how long it would take them to start coming for disabled folks, the answer is right now. We're at the, "Next they came for the socialists" line of the poem, if you're keeping track.

7k people showed up to protect trans kids today.

Keep fighting, keep dancing. (Pretty sure we also did other things all night. Every time a queer orgasms, a tiny piece of fascism dies, so keep it up queers.) @dansavage.bsky.social

Why are we shutting down DEI programs instead of just re-coding their descriptive copy? JFC it's like the left wants to die.

I can't stress enough how their going after trans people is testing the waters to see how it will be received when they go after a larger marginalized group. Trans citizens are worth speaking up for. You shouldn't have to be threatened with, "And then they might come for YOU" to say something NOW.

Note to self: The outrageousness of what he is doing is a strategy. If you are gasping for breath, you can’t fight. Don’t fall for it. Preserve your peace, choose your battle, and channel your rage.

I took my 12 year old to throw axes today. What did you do today to preserve your humanity in the face of this fuckery? I want to hear.

I think I’m going to stop asking people, “how are you?” When I see them. It’s a dumb question right now. I’m going to experiment with something like, “is there anything wonderful going on with you today?” Because we can still have joy and gratitude. In fact, we have to.
