Most of the heat was on Katy Perry and Bezos fiancé. Gayle could have just sat there quietly, ate her food and hold her experience dear to her heart. She didn't have to talk at all 😭. But I see how she could be excited by sitting in a rocket and piercing the atmosphere for 11mins.

it doesn't appeal to everyone. and I'm not defending any Democrats who have been weak about all this, but I do recognize there are other members of congress & senators that believe they need to appeal to the majority of voters who stayed home in 2024.
it's a big tent party and everyone has a role.

AOC and Bernie are doing a great job at energizing the base and I am grateful for their tour.
But again, those aren't the folks that help us win elections. We definitely need them energized, though, which is why what they're doing is great.
