Ultraman Tiga - Season 1
Tackling societal issues for a different period and generation, shows the most heart and understanding of the tenets of Ultraman and a strong dynamic between the Daigo and his team in GUTS. Adds a lot in terms of worldbuilding and potential powersets. 8.1

Going over lost loves, hiveminds and being lulled into placation, it can be really strong at times because of that tandem understanding between the Kaiju aspects and the Human aspects. This is what got me into Toku as as genre in the first place with Godzilla and Co. and their environmentalism.

As someone who got drawn into an understanding of mystery novels and their rules from Umineko, Syd was a lot stronger when it focused more on the detective sides of things while the romance aspect were present but not overbearing. Just a little bit of a sad case. 6.2

A rougelike deckbuilder with the skeleton of Slay the Spire but with the classes being archetypes of the Tokusatsu Big 3, each having different environments, enemies and events that make sense according to their universe. Plus I just want to rider-kick a boss into oblivion, that would satisfy.
