Phrasing like this is the problem with media. The headline should be "Trump Admin meets with Russia to discuss war without Ukraine". And it hasnt been 3 years since Russia "sent troops" - it's 3 years since they invaded - bombing, torturing and killing 1000s of civilians. apnews.com/article/us-r...
