My husband came home today and picked up eggs from Foodtown which, he mentioned, cost more than the Master of Puppets album he bought as a child. It shook him to his core. Still waiting to see how them electing a racist piece of garbage has lightened our expenses.

It’s interesting how my timing has worked out. I have been on a medical leave since 1/7 for physical issues, but I can’t imagine it being able to focus if I was at work anyway. The day after the election it felt like I was in a daze. I wondered what the kids thought but I couldn’t ask.
