Contractors have nothing to do with the official resign offer. And federal employees may have accepted the offer already, but it wasn’t supposed to be in effect until Monday.

Thank you. My brother is a computer programmer and like you researched so much of it. We each bought a few years back. The good scientists, researchers, and others that work there are the people that did the hard work. He just attached his name to it and acted like he created it 🤮
