Envidiaaaa.

Pinche polución lumínica. Esos pocos minutos del apagón fueron mágicos. El cielo casi parecía una de esas fotos que toma la NASA.

Oh, I'm glad you know it! My elderly mother and I watched it together. We had NEVER heard of it until a Mexican friend told me about the connection with SG-1. So crazy. Everybody should know it! I've recommended it so much by now. That one and Preacher.

Have you watched Farscape too? Both Claudia Black and Ben Browder work in it. It's even referenced on SG-1.

😆 I loved that guy.

Indeed!

That too, but I wrote "still" because we haven't had measles in Uruguay in literal DECADES.

Congratulations and thank you for artshare! I'm Shade, I paint fantasy and sci-fi.

Yeah, it's just not a thing in my country, Uruguay. We don't do that "optional" sh*t for vaccines. You get them or you get them (unless you have a valid certificate that proves you're allergic or something).

Me, from Uruguay (where vaccines are mandatory and you get them for free):

Er... it was a suggestion, not something I've written. Though now I wish it were something I've written 😁

Oh, okay. It doesn't snow where I live, so I don't know about that.

-30° C sounds like the perfect temperature to create creepy snowmen 🙃

At least you can ASK the author. You can't ask the AI because the AI is even dumber.

I assume you're including writers and musicians, because we're all in the same boat of being constantly disrespected.

I WAS SO MAD TOO. Also, Newt. Yeah, screw that movie. Hicks + Ripley are the OTP. I recently watched the second movie again, and she looks at him like she's so turned on by the way he respects her. And he's so kind to Newt!

Qué lindo. No he visto un cielo estrellado desde 1997, cuando fui a una estancia en medio del campo y hubo un apagón.

A woman with celiac disease meets a gorgeous baker, they bond over the latter learning how to bake gluten-free cakes.

Me at 30° C: I deeply envy you.

I'd laugh, but it isn't actually funny. I'm glad I don't live there.

I'm happy in winter, though. But then, I live in Uruguay. It rarely gets below zero. Usually it's around 10° C during the day.

That's one of the reasons Alien 3 doesn't even exist to me. Hicks was, and still is, my crush.
