We've been paying the "stupid people limiter" tax for well over 25 years. Luckily, it works pretty well in our state.

"Especially the one's fried in avocado oil and covered in salt", he says as his blood pressure goes up and up... 🤠

When we visit a foreign country (or state), we try to visit a Costco. Often, we find things that we wish we had at home. Then I think forward to the logistics & potential growth of a business that might suddenly have produce for hundreds of millions as opposed their smaller local market.

He just saw prison in his near future.

Sure wish I could laugh at it. I save the laughing for animal antics and a few comedians.

Yep, I see a new African American president getting prepared to right our ship.

Lucky you! During those years, I frequently did not have two extra nickels to rub together. Our college did have some pretty big names come through & tickets were cheap. But mostly, it was top 40 AM radio for me. Ticketmaster was a dream.

Very much looking forward to visiting your state in a few weeks. I know after having to drive through "crazy" for a few days, it will feel great to be back amongst the sane. Congrats, Gus! A significant milestone acheived!

Lots of video, creatures, blinking lights, animations, and an extensive use of programmable haunt controllers. All for 1 night. Not just kinda crazy! 🤠 Really crazy. 🥸

This year I'm building an Area 51 alien hospital. Not gory, but surprises (3-4 actors, aliens in stasis, a "breathing" alien in an ICU, and a surprise when the power goes out and an alien isolation chamber door suddenly opens!) 😲 The pic posted is the observer just outside the emergency exit.

Did this in the corporate world to an executive vice president. ALMOST did not get a second chance. Very lucky I had a great leader a couple of levels above me who counseled me that sometimes I do not need to protect the person from doing stupid, only the company. Hmmm...

That's the goal. 3 cruises and 2 long road trips planned before end of this year. Thinking positive for her continued recovery. Unfortunately, we missed a 3-week trip to the Baltics with friends in April. Perhaps ok. We heard the food was not good. 😕

You do not want to be jealous of my age. I feel like I'm kind of running out of time. The men in my family are not known for many golden years. And unfortunately, my life partner (of 51 years) is currently down and out due to an injury. Hoping for her recovery soon. So much to see & do.

He should be sitting in a US prison. And considering that Canada does not want felons entering their country, TACO should be banned. Good on you to boycott the US. Those of us who care for our Canadian friends and have the means will come visit and only buy Canadian products while there.

I kinda miss my rootbeer-making sessions in the early 70s. Water, sugar, and a gallon of some pretty interesting-tasting herbs in a giant stainless refrigerated tank. Almost every Sat for over 2 years, at our town's A&W. Trusted by the owner to keep it all clean & working well. A great life lesson.

Hey, at our high school in the 70s, it was not unusual to see a deer rifle & shotgun in the rear window of a classmate's truck. Going back for a reunion, we were shown the changes to the school. A single entry through a secure vestibule & door locks on all the rooms. Our changing world!

Not from your area, noticing same thing. Cukes in greenhouse doing well, in garden - not so much. It's been sunnier than past years, just much cooler during the day than average. Weird weather year - again. Brassicas are loving it though. Growing like weeds and enjoyed fresh broccoli last week.

I keep saying, he needs to be the test pilot during these flights (undoubtedly being paid for with our tax dollars.) After all, he is perceived as a problem solver and that act could take care of a lot of problems.

I wonder if the Russians are familiar with the phrase, "red herring". 😉

Growing up there were times we had little. And with Republican parents, we did not take handouts or subsidies. We survived, barely. Now as a taxpayer and caring human, I'd rather children have their special day - not passed over because gas was needed to get to work to pay taxes for Taco's golf.
