In 2002, my wife & I parked at 3rd St. Promenade garage. A man some good distance away had entered the next elevator down & to our surprise he held the door & beckoned us forward. Roger’s kindness always comes to mind every April 5th. And in true Roger spirit being kind didn’t cost him one penny.
