Sunday, June 8, 2025. The Royale, Day 1917. In addition to dashing off on errands in a serious city storm, I think I finally got the hang of searing scallops after dozens of tries. Pat/light flour/High Heat/still/quick flip. In any case, they were delish. (1/6)
